Any natural or legal person from Romania or outside Romania, provided that the applicant has interest or undertakes activities in corporate treasury, corporate finance, financial and capital markets, commits to promote and support the activities of the Association, accepts its status and pays the fees.
Educational meetings four times a year, with the presentation of business topics of interest by a member or an invitee.
One Technical Workshop a year.
Board of directors with 5 members: one President, two Vice Presidents, one Treasurer and one Secretary.
September/October.
