The Hellenic Association of Treasurers (HAT) is the leading professional association for Treasury professionals and related professionals in Greece and abroad. Its members are employed by multinationals, large corporates, mid-sized companies, financial institutions, governmental bodies, and non-profit organizations.

HAT members are involved in activities, including but not limited to Trading, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Cash Management, Capital Management, Treasury Accounting & Control, Treasury Operations, Asset & Liability Management, etc.

Membership Criteria: each category has separate criteria.

Membership categories: 5 categories of members:

Affiliate
You have enrolled in a Finance study program, or you are strongly interested in Treasury.

Associate
You are a full-time Treasury professional and you are interested in progressing your career in the field. You can participate in working groups and committees and/or support in organizing conferences and other activities.

Fellow
You meet the criteria of the Associate but, in addition, you perform research, organize conferences, and other activities. This is a membership status that rewards your active participation.

Professional
You belong in this category if you are occupied in one of the following:

• External client facing bankers
• External Advisors / Consultants
• Vendors
• Magazines
• Recruiters

You can participate in events, conferences and meetings following approval of the Board (to avoid potential conflicts of interest). Members of this category have no voting rights.

Note: a maximum number of two (2) professional members per Company is allowed to register in the Association.

Honorary
You have extensive Treasury experience and you bring knowledge to the organization. You serve as an advisor to the organization.
