Education
IGTA promotes treasury education on two ways. First IGTA determines a list of core elements. This list can be considered as a suggestion for IGTA members and other providers to use for developing their educational activities. However IGTA does not have a task in approving these activities in any way.
Secondly IGTA has an IGTA approval program for member associations that have developed intensive in-depth treasury courses on the highest level.
The two last sections show a list of member associations that deliver certified qualifications, education and training on several levels, not necessarily meeting the requirements of the IGTA approval program.

Full members delivering Certified Qualifications
Ireland, IACT: Professional qualification Graduate Certificate in Corporate Treasury

United Kingdom, ACT: Professional qualifications MCT, AMCT, CertITM.
The AMCT Treasury Diploma is the ACT's core qualification. The MCT Advanced Diploma develops the knowledge gained from AMCT to a strategic level. AMCT is modular: the Certificate in International Treasury Management (CertITM) is compulsory and students then choose two from four Certificate Papers focussing on cash management, corporate finance, risk management and financial mathematics.

USA, AFP: Professional qualification CTP.
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is awarded to students who pass the AFP exams on treasury management and who have a minimum level of appropriate work experience.
